Employment at the DCS

The Digital Composition Studio at the University of Alaska Anchorage is staffed by current and eligible UAA students. Our tutors are hired for Student Assistant C positions and are potentially eligible to work at the DCS for up to twenty hours a week. 

To be eligible, you must have completed at least six credits of composition at UAA and have a grade point average of at least a 3.0. We are looking for tutors who have some experience in creating multi-media texts and working with digital technologies. Further experience in Rhetoric, Composition, and/or Tutoring is a bonus.
